Residing just a few steps away from Duke University in beautiful downtown Durham, NC, Ninth Street Coffeehouse & Juice Bar serves locally roasted coffee, fresh juices and a quintessentially cool coffeehouse experience. To maximize that experience and make their business a relaxing retreat for students and causal guests alike, the owners knew that they’d need a cost-effective way to provide free WiFi. After opening their doors in December, 2015, Ninth Street Coffeehouse has brewed up a strong social media presence with 1,009 Facebook likes and 985 Facebook check-ins.

Thanks to Mood WiFi, Ninth Street was able to supplement their mailing list with 1,401 verified e-mail addresses. With these e-mails, the rookie business is able to keep customers coming back again and again with coupons, loyalty rewards and other special promotions.
